This listing is for one 10-32 threaded X 3/16 hose barb fitting.  The 10-32 side has an O-ring at the top to seal against any surface.  This fitting is made of nickel plated brass.  It has a flowrate of 16.5 CFM at 125 PSI.  I have found that 1/4" tubing slips on this size barb nice and tight.  I use landscape irrigation tubing from the hardware store.  If you need a port into almost anything, just drill and tap a 10-32 hole, screw in this fitting, press on some 1/4" tubing, and it is done.  It couldn't be any easier.  X
